Provenance
We track every word, sentence, edit, and source with proprietary tools. Each piece of content comes with a detailed provenance report that conclusively proves human authorship complete with creation timestamps, revision logs, citations and plagiarism checks. We do all this while keeping each project's distinct brand voice in mind.
Calibre
We have our own editorial process for ensuring grammatical and factual accuracy while knowing exactly which rules to break. A little sprezzatura, if you will. The content we create bursts with lively wordplay, unexpected analogies, pop culture wit, philosophical weight and real world truth that LLMs can only dream of mimicking. They haven't lived lives, after all. Sorry, AI.
Creators
Our team is small by design because we hire painstakingly well. As it turns out, we reject 98% of writer applications through our standardized 5-step hiring process. Once hired, each creator goes through knowledge-sharing workshops and continuous training. Our creators aren't beguiled by the "sloppery" of AI tools. And yes, they all love the em dash and will not give it up. LLMs are trained on human writing. Not the other way around.
Philosophy
To paraphrase Clarice Lispector, "We create content as if lives depend on it. Probably our own." That said, AI slop is everywhere. Once you know the tell-tale signs, there's no escaping it. In an attempt to outsource creativity, almost every brand is starting to sound the same while simultaneously flooding the web with churned out slop. "Unprompted" is our earnest attempt to be a beacon of human signal in a sea of algorithmic noise. Long live the internet.
